for the 2026 Boys Summer Basketball Series

Sauk Rapids-Rice High School has four hardwood courts and air conditioning. We also use the Whitney Center with three hardwood courts.

Paynesville: The new Fieldhouse opened in 2021, all air conditioned, courts in same location, and is great location between Willmar and St. Cloud in Central Minnesota.

West Fargo: New school in the Fargo Metro Area that has four great courts

MSU-Mankato: One of the nicest facilities in all of Minnesota. The Taylor Center, Otto Arena, Fieldhouse can offer 9-10 full size courts. All air conditioned and great campus for teams, coaches, and parents visit Mankato area and be on campus.

Maple Grove: The outstanding Maple Grove Jr. High facility has five air-conditioned courts.

Walker-Hackensack-Akeley is located in beautiful lake country in the Bemidji area, Walker-Hackensack-Akelely has 3 air conditioned courts that will attract teams from Northern, Central Minnesota, including North Dakota teams. A ton to do besides basketball at this location.

Marshall High School, a southwestern Minnesota hotbed, host to the Marshall Tigers, features all air-conditioned facility and four wood floors.

Kasson-Mantorville is near Rochester. This high school has three full sized courts, air-conditioned with more courts possible. Great location for teams in metro, central and southern Minnesota.

Legacy Fieldhouse - Woodbury: A brand new building that houses four wood courts in one of the fastest growing areas in Minnesota, Woodbury.

STMA has eight courts, all air-conditioned in a terrific facility. This tourney is our biggest, with 60+ teams per day.

Alexandria has a beautiful facility with five hardwood floors and air conditioning. This is at the new Alexandria Area High School.

Owatonna: info coming

Hastings is a great location at the entrance of Southern MN. This facility has 5 great courts all in the same location.

SW Christian is one of the newest facilities in the metro area that has 5 wood courts and beautiful sight lines that make this location one of the nicest in Minnesota.

Maple Grove: The outstanding Maple Grove Jr. High facility has five air-conditioned courts.

Delano: This site has 6 full size regular courts, 2 courts are wood and 4 are synthetic surface and all courts are together at one site. Great location and also air conditioned.

Mora: Great facility with a total of 7 courts and location on the eastern MN side. 

STMA has eight courts, all air-conditioned in a terrific facility. This tourney is our biggest, with 60+ teams per day.

Ada Borup: In the Northeast part of MN, this rich in tradition sports community has added a facility to there high school. Four full size, air conditioned courts off this area a prime opportunity for teams.

Fergus Falls: A new high school with state of the art facilities, Fergus Falls has a fully air-conditioned gym.

Delano: This site has 6 full size regular courts, 2 courts are wood and 4 are synthetic surface and all courts are together at one site. Great location and also air conditioned.

Pequot Lakes: One of the best high school facilities in the Brainerd Lakes area. Five courts, four with wood floors, and all air-conditioned. A very popular location connecting many parts of Minnesota.

Morris: Home of the Tigers, Morris in Western Minnesota can allow up to 9 courts, also using the University of Minnesota-Morris.

Prior Lake:  A south metro hot spot that has 4 all wood floors in the High School, and newly built fieldhouse than can have 10 courts going at once. This will be one of the best sites of the Summer.

Perham:  Great new school facility with all wood floors (except court No. 5 at the elementary) and air-conditioned gyms. The “Hive” is new and the other gyms are in excellent shape.

Mt Iron-Buhl: New gym opened in the fall of 2018, with three wood courts in an air-conditioned setting. Great Iron Range setting for northeastern Minnesota programs.

Moorhead: At the high school, six total courts with two wood courts, and all air-conditioned. At the middle school, three wood courts with air conditioning.

Waconia: Seven wood floors that can host many teams from newly expanded high school. A popular site from all areas of Minnesota.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 20-minute running time first half
  • 20-minute running time second half, except during the last two minutes if the score difference is 15 points or less (then stop time)
  • Three (3) timeouts per team per game
  • Halftime will be 3 minutes
  • Foul rules are the same as high school. Seven (7) for the bonus, ten (10) for the double bonus.
  • Players are permitted five (5) fouls before fouling out.
  • Free Throw Rule (New) Players will shoot 1 FT for 2 or 3 points (Bonus and Shooting fouls) during the running time portion.  Under 2 minutes (Stop time), then players will shoot the normal 2 shots or one and one free throws.  A player fouled on a made basket will shoot 1 shot.
  • Overtime will be sudden death.  The first team to score two points will be the winner.  Clock will be turned off.  Each team will get One Timeout.
  • One (1) technical foul for player or coach; One shot for two points and the ball taken out of bounds.
  • Two (2) technical fouls in same game for player or coach; disqualified for the rest of the day and One shot for two points and the ball taken out of bounds.

A player shoots one free throw for 2 or 3 points on all shooting fouls.  Common fouls will be taken out of bounds unless the team has reached 7 team fouls or the 10 fouls for the double bonus.  Then the player will shoot one free throw for 2 points.  A player fouled on a made basket will shoot one free throw.

The last two minutes of the game in regulation or in overtime, all free throws will go back to normal 1,2 or 3 shots depending on the situation.

  • All waiver forms must be signed and turned into the TEAM CHECK IN the day of the tourney (the form is online).
  • Waiver forms only need to be filled out/submitted once for each player, regardless of the number of tournaments played.
  • Bring reversible practice jerseys.  Numbers must be on the back.
  • Please bring your own basketballs.
  • Each coach will enter the player jersey numbers before each game to scorer’s table.
  • Forms are at each scorer’s table.
  • Bring your own medical kits. A trainer is on duty, but will not provide medical tape or equipment.
  • Please refrain from bringing coolers and food. Concessions are available and run by host site.
